General terms for business inquiries and mattress sourcing.

This website is operated by Haichu Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd., a mattress trading and sourcing company. These general terms apply to website inquiries. The written quotation, approved specifications, and agreed sales contract govern each confirmed order.
Inquiries and product information
Submitting an inquiry does not create a confirmed order. Please provide accurate contact details, quantities, specifications, and destination information. Product details and customization options must be confirmed in writing for your order.
Quotations and prices
Prices are FOB Qingdao unless stated otherwise in the quotation or agreed in writing. Each quotation sets out the product specifications, quantity, currency, validity, payment terms, and any additional charges. CIF or other shipping arrangements are available only when separately confirmed.
Samples and approvals
Sample specifications, costs, courier charges, timing, and any credit against bulk orders are confirmed in your quotation or order. Buyers should approve comfort, fabric, dimensions, labeling, and packing before bulk production. Changes after approval may affect cost and delivery.
Orders, payment, and delivery
An order is confirmed through written agreement and the agreed payment arrangements. Production and shipping schedules are stated in the order documents; estimates may change with specification approvals, transport availability, or circumstances outside our control. Document release and balance payment follow the agreed order terms.
Inspection and product concerns
Inspection requirements and acceptance criteria should be agreed before production. Buyers may review our pre-shipment report or appoint a third-party inspector. Warranty coverage and any product claims are handled according to the approved sample and written order terms.
