01What is your minimum order quantity?+
MOQ depends on the product series and specification. As a guide, it starts from 50 pieces per model for pocket spring, 80 pieces for Bonnell spring, and 100 pieces for foam mattresses.
02Do you charge for samples?+
Sample costs and courier charges are quoted based on your requested model. We can discuss sample cost treatment for confirmed production orders.
03What is the typical lead time?+
Most orders are ready in 20–35 days after deposit and final specification confirmation. We will provide a production schedule with your quote.
04What payment terms do you accept?+
Terms are discussed per order. Common arrangements include T/T deposit with balance against shipping documents. Please contact us for your quotation.
05How do you handle inspection?+
We arrange a pre-shipment quality check against the approved sample and agreed requirements. You are also welcome to appoint a third-party inspector.
06What about OEM / private label?+
Custom fabric, foam density, firmness, and your own woven label are available from 200 pcs per model. Blank-label orders start from 50 pcs.
07Can you ship CIF Jakarta or door-to-door?+
FOB Qingdao is standard. CIF Tanjung Priok, and door-to-door to Jakarta / Surabaya via our forwarder, are both available on request.
08Do you help with SNI certification for Indonesia?+
We work with your appointed SNI inspector, or recommend one. Foam and fabric test reports are available on request.
